Planning and consents

Working with your architects/engineers to ensure that all applications for permissions and consents are completed and submitted within the agreed timelines is key to any successful development project. All too often the requirements are under-estimated and project deadlines are missed.
With PEP you are supported all the way, we work with you to build your application and deal with the planning authorities to ensure the application is received on time, and where possible, any issues addressed prior to submission.
Once the application(s) is submitted we will continue to work with you and the relevant planning authorities and any other interested parties until completion of the consent process.

Sustainability

This is at the heart of the UK planning system and, increasingly, a scheme's sustainability performance must now be demonstrated to a planning authority in most development proposals. We will work with you and your architects/engineers to achieve a performance that meets your corporate requirements and those of the planning authority.
Our approach is to achieve a balance between the three core elements of sustainability - economic performance, environmental performance and social responsibility.
PEP consultants will also work with you after a permission has been granted to deliver the required sustainability performance through the construction process and also once your development is operational.
