Roger is the Technical Director and has over 30 years experience of working in the public and private sectors, both in the UK and Far East. Roger has achieved a great deal of success in procuring planning consents and managing the associated environmental and sustainability issues whilst working on a diverse range of projects from major housing developments in Hong Kong, railway projects such as the Channel Tunnel Rail Link and Thameslink and sports stadium development in Bristol and Newport. Roger is based in the London area but works throughout the UK.

Les is the Operations Director and again brings extensive experience of running company operations in a diverse range of businesses from multi-nationals to SMEs. Les has worked in both the Middle East and the USA and brings a strong "customer service" focus to the business whilst emphasising strong financial controls on costs both internally and externally on behalf of clients. Les is based in London and has overall responsibility for company operations.
